Today, I feel free.
Its strange 'cause I was never bound by any rope,
real or imagined.
Have you felt this way, this feeling of unbridled energy,
like something that was
holding you back for months has suddenly let go,
and now you're free to go anywhere you choose.
You're so relieved to be free
you're running like a maniac loose on the streets,
but you don't care about that because
that's how you ran when you were a kid.
Lots of possibilities lie in front of you,
hundreds of doors opened,
and all the time you can have to choose.
A thought that you're a full, real person,
who can run her own life,
to the heights of heaven or the depths of hell.
Unrepentant of the past,
because she makes her own decisions,
and if there's someone to blame, its herself.
You know that time will heal wounds,
however deep they may be,
and you're free to cry
over your loved lost ones and let it all go.
That's how I feel today, today, I feel free.

Hi. This was something that came to me in a mad rush. The only thing slowing me down was my bad typing speed. Its been months since I posted. I'm doing good. I'm reading "The Google story" and a Kannada book of short stories called "Sarasa". I'm learning German. I'm working out. I'm working. I'm trying to become a better cook. That's all.

Ok, I don't want to sound all drooly, but I can't help it. This is a good song. God, its good. And I probably have a crush on Daniel Powter.

If there ever was a perfect ending to a story, this is it. The final episode of Gilmore Girls. Season 7, episode 22. I hope this is the final episode(sad that I am that the show's ended) because if this isn't, they're going to have to come up with a whopper of an ending for the next season to match this one.

This video merges scenes from the pilot episode and the final one and brings out uncanny resemblences between the two.

I have to say, I love this show. Its not the best or the funniest or the raciest, but its amazing to me. Of course its schmoozy and senti at times ( Hello, mothers and daughters), but it has great dialogues, unforgettable characters and melodious soundtracks. ( The first song of the show became one of my all time favourites) And of course, its based on Lorelai Gilmore, one of my team of wonderwomen, the fictitious females who inspire me. (The team includes Elizabeth Bennet, Hermione Granger and Phoebe Buffay) Too bad the show didn't get the applause it deserved when it was aired, but who cares now?
